Debi Prasad Sahoo — Founder, CEO
Debi founded NetworkFinancials Inc. with vision of empowering people and businesses to make better decision which leads to better ROI. He is an engineer at heart and an entrepreneur by passion. He is the primary author of “High Performance Communication Mechanism at High Scale” which is patent pending. and currently holds number of of U.S. technology patents with a couple pending.
Prior to founding NetworkFinancials he held the position of Senior Staff Engineer at Juniper Networks and lead the development of L2 technologies for its flagship MX product line. He was instrumental in introducing the VXLAN feature for the MX platform and took the initiative to help AT&T improve performance and scale their platform. Before Juniper he worked as a Technical Lead at Aricent (formerly FutureSoft — acquired by Flextronics).
Apart from design and development his interest lies in competitive analysis and strategic decision making. He has received a M.Tech degree in Computer Science from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata and B.E degree in Electrical Engineering from UCE Burla. He has a certificate of completion in Machine Learning (Stanford) and certificate of specialization in Business Foundations (Wharton).
During leisure he does not miss a chance to have a tennis session with his daughter.
Debi is also a seasoned investor including successful investments in Atheros (acquired by Qualcomm), Acme packet (acquired by Oracle), Netezza (acquired by IBM), Solutia (acquired by Eastman Chemicals), and Cytec (acquired by Solvay).
Anshul Deshkar, Data Scientist
A data scientist, Anhsul works closely with the founder to add new differential data oriented features to NetworkFinancials’ high-performance platform. He is respected as an expert in software engineering and as a forward-thinking, career-focused professional.
Anshul recently worked as a Software Engineer for Cirrus Logic and earned Masters in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and BE degree in Computer Engineering from VES Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India.
His is interested in programming, software development and data science as well as playing tennis and watching movies.
Alochana Pati, Principal System Engineer
Alochana brings vast experience in terms system engineering,software quality assurance for product and services targeted for market spanning from Finance,Banking, Analytics platform to Telecom. Most recently she was playing system test lead for Apple backend applications.She was employed at prominent employers such as IBM and Infosys Technologies.As a Principal System Engineer, Alochana is spearheading the effort to build the service workflow for our clients to engage them for effective use of our platform for maximum benefits.At the same time she is helping to create the best-fit quality assurance framework for our target market segment. She has earned Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from UCE Burla, India.She has obtained expertise in various quality assurance, system engineering tools and related technologies you name it.
Her interests include music, travel and sports.

Dr Kishori Mohan Konwar
Dr Kishori Mohan Konwar is a researcher at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at MIT where he works on distributed computing algorithms, information theory and network communication. He has designed and programmed several software tools to process large volume genomic data.
He has published more than 55 peer-reviewed papers and has also reviewed submissions in more than 25 international journals on computer science, bioinformatics and computational biology. He was a Postdoctoral fellow at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
His professional career includes doing quantitative risk management at KPMG LLP, New York City and working at Goldman Sachs, New York in quantitative risk modeling where he used high-performance computing techniques to assess enterprise wide market risk.
Dr. Kishori has earned MS in Statistics and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut in distributed computing & designing algorithms for large-scale systems. He also holds Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Science from Indian Statistical Institute and a Masters in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
He is passionate about technology, but also enjoys swimming, cross country driving and camping.

Pranabesh brings complementary competencies to the board of NetworkFinancials. Pranabesh founded two startups Xplorazzi and Xenia and previously worked as R&D Engineer and Manager at Intel Corporation, Mentor Graphics, IKOS Systems and Delsoft.
He has earned his MS and B.Tech degrees, both in Electrical Engineering from University of Mass, Amherst and IIT Kharagpur respectively. In addition, he has completed M.S in Engineering and Technology Management from Portland State University.
His interests include disruptive technologies, travel, sports and adventures.
